The Background
Vaibhav Khanna is a technology strategist and automation expert with a deep understanding of how modern businesses operate. With a background in Java, MuleSoft and Salesforce and a passion for operational efficiency, Vaibhav recognized early on that most businesses don't suffer from a lack of customers — they suffer from a lack of bandwidth.
The Experience
Before founding Vinonee, Vaibhav spent 11 years working in the IT industry. During this time, he helped scale business operations, implement digital transformations and streamline complex workflows. He witnessed firsthand the bottlenecks that happen when growing teams are bogged down by repetitive tasks, disconnected CRMs and manual follow-ups.
What Led to Vinonee
The company is named after his parents — Vinod & Neera. The turning point came when Vaibhav realized that Artificial Intelligence was no longer just a futuristic concept — it was a practical utility that could be integrated into everyday business operations.
He saw that while enterprise companies had the budgets to hire massive tech teams for AI integration, small and mid-market businesses in the US and UK were being left behind, forced to use fragmented SaaS tools that didn't talk to each other.
Vaibhav founded Vinonee to bridge this gap. His mission was simple: don't replace your business, automate it. By building intelligent AI agents and connecting them directly to systems businesses already use — like GoHighLevel, Salesforce and WhatsApp — Vaibhav created an agency dedicated to turning everyday companies into AI-powered powerhouses.
